Why Responsible Gambling Matters
Online betting and casino gaming is a form of entertainment — but it only stays enjoyable when you play with awareness and within your limits. At tb999, we place the highest importance on the mental and financial well-being of every user. Playing on our platform is not just about hoping to win; it is about a structured and healthy entertainment experience.
Millions of people in Bangladesh enjoy cricket betting, live casino, and slots on tb999 every day. We want that experience to remain positive at all times. That is why we have built tools and policies that help you stay in full control of your play.
Important Warning: Betting is a risky activity. Never bet money whose loss would have a negative impact on your daily life or your family. Problem gambling is a mental health issue — there is no shame in it, but seeking help is essential.
tb999's Protection Tools
tb999 provides several effective tools to keep your gaming experience safe. They are easy to use and available directly in your account settings.

Our Policies & Commitments
Deposit Limit — How It Works
Setting a deposit limit at tb999 is straightforward. Go to your account settings, navigate to the "Responsible Gambling" section, and set your maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. The minimum deposit starts from ৳500. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. However, if you wish to increase a limit, you must wait a specified cooling-off period — this is intentionally designed for your protection.
Time-Out — Give Yourself a Break
Taking a break from time to time is good for your mental health. Using tb999's time-out feature, you can take a break of 24 hours, 72 hours, one week, or 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in to your account or place any bets. Once the break period ends, you will automatically be able to play again.
Self-Exclusion — A Brave Decision
If you feel you need a long-term break from betting, you can choose the self-exclusion option. This allows you to keep your account closed for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. Making this decision is not a sign of weakness — it is proof of responsibility toward yourself. During self-exclusion, tb999 will not send you any promotional messages.
Protecting Minors — Our Firm Stance
tb999 firmly believes that gambling services should not be accessible to anyone under 18. The minimum age to access our platform is 21 — we have set this limit in line with the cultural and family values of Bangladesh. If there are underage members in your household, please use parental control software on your device and keep your account credentials secure.
Fair Play Guarantee
tb999 is a safe and reliable platform. All our games come from established providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) and use independent Random Number Generators (RNG). Our SSL encryption keeps your personal and financial information secure.
