Age Requirement

tb999 is operated for adults aged 21 and above only. By using the Platform you confirm that you are 21 or older. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the service.

Account Eligibility

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a competent individual who is legally capable of entering into a contract.
• Each user may operate only one account.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself — operating on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

Geographic Restrictions

tb999 reserves the right to restrict or discontinue service for users in certain regions or countries. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that use of this platform is lawful from their location.

Registration Process

To open an account on tb999, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Identity documents or other credentials may be requested for account verification. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

Account Security

• Keeping your login password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You must not share your account password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Multiple Accounts Prohibition

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited. tb999 reserves the right to make the final decision on this matter.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits must always be made from the user's own mobile account.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• In cases of suspicious activity, a withdrawal may be temporarily held for verification.
• While a bonus is active, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Welcome Bonus

New users on tb999 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus bets on certain games may not count toward wagering requirements — see the promotions page for details.
• If abuse of a promotion is suspected, tb999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once and can be received once per account.
• tb999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• The specific terms of any promotion must be read before participating.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until wagering requirements have been met.

Actions That Are Not Permitted

• Fraudulent activity, manipulation, or any form of deception.
• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Abusing bonuses or offers through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to breach or bypass any security measure of the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

Consequences of Violations

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, tb999 may suspend or permanently close the account without notice, forfeit any deposited balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Ownership

All content on the tb999 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of tb999 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Restrictions on Use

• No content from tb999 may be reused, copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
• Content belonging to any game provider connected to the platform (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) remains the property of their respective owners.
• Users are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
